Nan,
I believe this message is from you making your first attempt to communicate with the your friends and family in the outside world, all of whom are waiting and watching for your recovery.
It must indeed be a wonderful surprise to find this great BLOG site created for you.
What is even more wonderful is that all of the tumors have been removed.
You have gone through all of this with grace, courage and determination. You are indeed an inspiration. It is amazing how many people love you and are praying for your recovery.
I will continue to follow your progress and keep you in my daily prayers.
